Audio track going "empty?"

Not quite sure if this is a bug or something I'm doing wrong...

 

Editing a project, getting my audio source synced up with video including all the necessary cuts, etc. Once I save the project and return the next day, the audio source is empty. Waveform is flat. The audio file, which was imported, remains in the same disk location as the previous day. This has happened multiple times and not sure why, if anyone may have insight?

 

Latest version of PP 2024. 24.1.0 build 85. Windows 10 Pro.

    Hi @aaronm41543939,

    Thanks for the question. Sounds unusual. Where is your media located? On an internal drive or an external one. If the latter, is it a SAN or NAS? Let the community know. Sorry for the issue.
