Hello guys
I am editing a HUGE amount of videos on a daily basis for a company and I am looking to do some actions automaticly to save time, since it's time sensitive. I've done some searching but not finding exactly what I am looking for. I know it's saving 2 to 30seconds everytime but back to back it's a lot and making the same actions everytime can be quiet boring.
I don't know if I need to create a new thread for each question but here are some:
I had other things but can't remember them right now, I'll create another topic. Thank you.
Edit: Another one I thought of: I need the same intro and outro for every edit I do; Instead of going to the laggy "Essential Graphics" panel and drag & drop them, can't i have them preset in every sequences?

1. There's no way to create a sequence with In/Out points set. But...I would question why you would want this? I can't think of any real purpose to such. In/Out points are only ever needed when using a portion of a clip or sequence. They're not needed when using the whole.
2. Multicam sequences might give you what you want here.
3. Can you clarify this? I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve.
4. There's no way to create a sequence with the same Intro/Outro. The best you could do is Duplicate and Rename.

1. Haha. You know when you learn something so simple that it makes you ashamed? Well, you just taught me something for those in and out markers, I thank you.
2. Will look into that.
3. Well, it's ok. I kinda fixed it by renaming my presets but what happened is that: In every project, I have three clips set under eachother in a certain order. Let's say X, Y, Z.
X needs to be above, Y in the middle and Z at the bottom. I also have three presets, a, c, b.
When I drag & drop them it's important that "a" goes onto X, "c" onto Y and "b onto Z. Since presets are in alphabetical order and you can't seem to move them, It wasn't in the order I needed them to be.

What I have done is created a project with everything I need already set up except the particular clips. I pull in and place my Essential Graphics element, my other assets, and such. I set my in and out points in my sequences if I need them. Then I save that all to a folder and gave it a name like "Project Template". That folder also contains all the assets I might need that has already been imported into the project so I don't get any missing media files if I move the folder. Then every week when I need to edit this particular video I just duplicate that folder and give it a new name. Rename the .prproj file. Open up the project and import the clip I need. In my case the project I have has three different sequences all setup and ready to go. All I do is import the video clip. Then drop it into the sequences as needed and export.

Concerning presets, you can edit them in the 'Effect Controls' panel, every preset when applied
will have its keyframes that you can edit there. But you have to put the playhead right on the
keyframe holding shift to change its value or parameter. you can drag the keyframes in time as well,
and you can add other keyframes and even save that as your own preset. You can create and save
your own presets in a separate folder.
check this for adding clips to the timeline :
Add clips to Premiere Pro sequences
Concerning intro and outro from EG and other things that you want to apply to all sequences,
you have to create a template based project, and use 'Nesting' a lot.
create a sequence with the intro / outro and clips in the middle... nest that sequence, then simply
make as many duplicates of it as you need as Jim stated. Then in each duplicate of the sequence,
insert just the clips ..
You have to organize a template based structure that will take some time first, but saves lot of routine work later

Oh, I think there is a misunderstanding. I know I can put my preset on a clip, select the clip and then adjuct the effects. What I wanted was to directly modify my presets. (Something like: Right click on "Preset 1", modify, save.) but instead I just put them somewhere like you said, I modify them, delete the other one and resave it.

what you are asking for is some kind of a scripting or plugins for premiere if what you request can be done
but currently, a template based structure and saving re-saving presets is the best way you can go
