Automated mass editing import/export with premiere

Hi there,

I’m looking for a automatic workflow for following scenario „jogging video summary“:

• cityrun
• 1000 runners
• 10 cameras along the track (tc freerun)
• I know the times of every runner when he passes a camera
• in the end i have an excel or so and 10 video files

- Then I write then a macro and extract all the times for every runner when he/she passes a camera

- Export the times for the runner into a csv, xml or whatever

- Import the file into my premiere project with the 10 video files in it

- New sequence will be generated for every jogger with 10 clips from the 10 cameras

- Sequence then will be exported via Encoder

--> Finish are summary clips for each runner!!

Now the question: is something like this possible? I mean the whole workflow automated from the import to the export for every single runner in one batch? Are there any scripts or plugins which will do something like that?
