Automatic transkription is not working

Hi Community, I have a problem with the topic subtitles. In various Youtube videos it is shown beautifully and easily how you can automatically create subtitles. Unfortunately, the window "Create transcript" does not open for me. After I click on "Transcribe sequence automatically" nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Does anyone know the problem? Thank you
