Autopod + Adobe Premiere

Hi. 

I have three video files for a podcast. Host, guest, wide angle. 

Three audios- Host, Guest and mixed audio. 

Lengths in terms of time are different. 

I used autopod with individual audios and videos. 

But the audio and video haven't synced. 

I am unable to understand. 

Can anyone else?
