bad and popping audio after exporting

I tried to link a video but i couldn't. So, my audio in Premiere project is perfect, but when I export, it turns to a really bad audio and make noises like some kind of bad connection. I I have already cleared the cache, but didn't work and now i don't know what i do 😞

I found a post from user "this is me" that solved my problem ^^ 

"if I use Media encoder rather than the exporter in PR the audio sounds fine." Worked for me!
