It´s pretty straight forward: Double click on the file you downloaded to install the Creative Cloud Desktop app. When done, open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and select All Apps and click the Install button for the applications to the right you want to install.

Make sure to use a user account on the computer with permissions to install apps.
