Hi
When I try to export my premiere video it goes like this. Also, a few days ago when this hasn't happened yet, I opened the video I export in quicktime player and it says "This file contains some media which isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player."
I've cleared the cache of my chrome but it won't help. I searched online it seems no one had similar issues. Can anyone help me? It's urgent!
Thank you.
Hi Summet,
I don't know how it happened but my problem got solved after I deinstall and reinstall today. The Behance still has a problem when uploading, but that was a mistake and I actually didn't want to upload to Behance. Thank you for the prompt help!
Best,
Leah

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi Leah_0811,
Welcome to the community! Are you publishing to Behance from the Export tab? If so, could you please share a screenshot of the Publish tab in the Export Settings?
Thanks,
Sumeet
