Question

Best audio format for importing in Premiere?

I have to clean up a few stereo tracks in Audition before importing them into Premiere.

I have found many lists of all the formats supported by each program, but no mention of which format is most appropriate for different uses. These are vocal tracks and the final will be exported to Blu-ray and DVD (stereo only).

I recommend 24 bit 48kHz .wav files for both the Audition exports, and the final export for Blu-ray authoring.  (Do not transcode the audio in your authoring software.  Leave them as .wav files.)
