You can start learning inside the application itself. When you are in the Home screen (the first thing you see when you start Premiere Pro), there is a Learn button on the left side.

Click the Learn button, and Premiere Pro will show you beginners’ tutorials right there on the Home screen. You might like the Hands-On “in-app” tutorials because they teach you inside the application — so you can learn by using Premiere Pro with sample files, not just by watching a video.

Hey, welcome to Premiere! There are a ton of great resources online to help you get your start. One of our more popular ones is a movie-length tutorial with Valentina Vee, who's one of my favorite directors and instructors. You can find this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eDsvKwM40U

We also have bite-sized videos for specific topics (how to export, how to add graphics, how to edit audio) from a few different creators here on our Community channel: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHRegP5ZOj7BfOtdlQuaivsLonjpznGFA

The resources shared above are great too! Good luck, definitely make a post if you run into any issues that you can't find on Google. We'll be happy to help!

Linkedin Learning is also a great resource:

I think they have a 30 day trial.
