I have a 300x100 cm (118.1"x39.4") led screen, what sequence settings should I use? Am creating a new video as well as resetting an existing one.

You could try making a sequence like this, chose framerate to match your footage.

In addition to Richard's question about resolution, I would recommend a conversation with who ever will be playing back the video on the screen. My experience with larger non-standard screens is that playback systems can be just as non-standard as the screen aspect ratio. Things like framerate, color space, color fidelity, legal video range can all come into play. Knowing that in the beginning can help avoid compromises at the end.

Thanks, all I know is the pixel resolution: 1008(w)x336(h)

Ask about all those other details though ... if nothing else, if you have a record of having asked, and not getting an informed reply, then they are on the hook for when it doesn't work.
