Best way to make title to follow a shape/curve?

New Here ,
Jan 19, 2021 Jan 19, 2021

I'm new to premiere and I am trying to make a title curve with a circle. I tried to look for solutions online and most of them used legacy title tool. I tried to follow alone but none of the tutorials have the same interface as mine and I can't follow (I can't find the drawing tool they used). I imagine the new title tool would have a similar function? Or is there and other ways to achieve this (just text curve down with a shape)?

The new title tool is continuing to be developed, but overall, it's much better than the legacy Titler, and it's certianly much better now than it was when it launched.

This is a task best done in After Effects, but if you want to stay in Premiere, you can still access the legacy Titler by going to File > New > Legacy Title.

Here's a quick tutorial showing how to do the same thing, but with more flexibility in After Effects: https://motionarray.com/learn/after-effects/text-on-path-after-effects/

If you only have Premiere the Legacy Titler is the way to go.

In the EGP you can curve a title by adding Lens Distortion but its not ideal. With Basix 3D and/or Corner Pin you can refine.
