Could you try this with the most recent version of Premiere Pro? A recent update might have fixed this issue. You can still keep your copy of Premiere Pro 2023 on your system if you install another major version like Premiere Pro 24.4.1.

With version 24.5 it works, picture and sound are synchronous.

Hi there,

Sorry for the issue. Could you go to Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware and change the Latency to 30ms. If you still see the problem, try setting it to 200ms. If none of the settings work, please try setting the default input device to none and change the default output device to another option if available. If none of these options help, could you share a sample file for us to test? You can upload the file to any cloud-sharing service and share the link through a private message.

Thanks,

Ishan

Hello, it's not about the audio hardware, when you render it out,
eas is wrong on the file. With XAVC-S everything is exactly right,
the decoder in Premiere is wrong with XAVC-HS. Greeting
