black bars on sides when i export? (Premier Pro)

Question

Ive been editing a project without issues. However, when i export it, I end up with black bars on the left and right sides. I checked the sequence and export settings and they seem to match so im at a loss. Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Best way to get the info to us to help, is to make a screen grab of your at least your export settings dialog box, showing all video settings and the summary section. Perhaps a screengrab of your sequence settings dialog. Like this:

You can drag/drop png & jpg files onto the reply box, or use the flower-icon in the formatting bar to navigate to an image to select & post it.

And ... one thing that can happen, is the PAR ... pixel aspect ratio ... can be off, which would cause this.
