I have seen that some black cinema bars or lines are very marked and others that are blurred or softer. How could I get that effect? See photos to understand what I am talking about.

Use the Crop effect to set your cinema bars, and then set the feather for it ... maybe 4-8 pixels depending on taste.

The quality of the bar can be the result of different factors.

If the line is generated as a template still (.png, .tif, .psd), it's possible that there is some pixel bleed on the image before it is used in the edit.

If the line is generated in PremierePro, you'll be less likely to see that.

Additionally, there may be some pixel degredation during compression that creates that softer edge.
