Black screen when GPU acceleration is active

Hey, I've recently had the problem that when I activate GPU acceleration in premiere pro, I get a black screen in the preview after a short time after opening a project.

It just started to go black at some point, without me getting the problem myself through an update or something.

Windows & GeForce up to date

Graphics card: RTX 3060

What I have tried:
- Cage reset several times
- Restarted PC several times

Premiere also recommended updating Premiere to 24.5 as a solution during export, which it already is.

Does anyone have a solution?

I've gone through several articles and it seems that a lot of people have this problem and can't find a solution.

Correct answer Dan-L.

It sounds very stupid but I solved it by copying everything into a new project, maybe it was the project file itself.

I have also installed the latest version of NVIDIA Studio and unfortunately the problem still exists
