Blurry video after Export

Just start self-learning edit few days ago with my DJI drone video which is film in 4k 60 fps.

However the export result is not well even I follow the youtube 1080p 4K Ultra setting and High profile. In 1080p monitor, the original video's detail of sea wave is much better and the export one is flickery, blurry. But the preview on export setting look just fine.

I am not using a very good pc btw.

Water (as in fine detail) is tricky to compress.

Up the bitrate. Try Frameblending as you are exporting to a different framerate as the sequence setting (and source has a different framerate, that is three)

Uncheck max depth, max render.

 

What is : youtube 1080p 4K Ultra setting and High profile.

1080p is HD. 4k or rather UHD is 2160p.
