Bug na hora de arrastar algo pra timeline

Pessoal, pesquisei aqui no fórum e também em outros lugares mas não consegui encontrar alguém com o mesmo problema.
Toda vez que tento arrastar algo do painel Projeto, para a timeline, seja aúdio, vídeo, texto, qualquer coisa, ele simplesmente não deixa. Fica uma mãozinha como se tivesse bloqueado aquela função.

Já fiz de tudo e não consigo resolver. Até mesmo procurei alguma opção que bloqueasse a timeline, mas nada...
