Bonjour,

J'ai un GROS soucis avec premiere 2023 sur mac.

Quand j'ouvre un projet, impossible de faire quoi que ce soit sur ma timeline, tout est gelé.
Première 2021 marche très bien, et mon Mac est à jour (MacOS. Ventura).
Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ?

Thank you for your response.

Here's a screenshot of my timeline.

The track locks are disabled and I've tried with all kinds of media and different projects, but it's still the same.

The same projects opened on a PC configuration with the same Premiere version works fine.

The compatibility checker shows no conflict and my version of Premiere Pro is 23.6.0.

In details, my problems :

- occur when opening a project or after my computer goes idle. They do not disappear until I reboot multiple time the machine.

- all the keyboard commands do not work (like "Z", "E" or "V")

- I cannot select any media in the timeline with the mouse, + right click does nothing.

- I cannot make any selection across the track with the mouse, it feels like a key is pressed permanently.

As said before, the only solution I have is to restart my computer several times (with no success guarantee), and it eventually works, (but of course, that's really a waste of time !)

Without further information and maybe a couple screen grabs, no.

What's your media, and do you have the track locks enabled? A screen grab of the track control header block would be useful.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...
