Burn subtitles into video without re-rendering

I recently finished editing a 45-minute documentary using Premiere Pro, and accidentally exported the video without the subtitles. Now I'm looking for a way to burn the subtitles into the video without re-rendering it, since the first render took over 30 hours. Is there a way to do that?

30 hours is a very long time. Not sure what would cause that.

However, you can try importing the exported file back into the project, adding it to the sequence that has the subtitles,  and then deleting the other tracks.  Hopefully that will help.
