PLease, I have the same issue. When I finish my proyect, I export it to AVI format, and when I try to view in TV the Video, this message appears: " unnable to open the file". My TV is LG. And when I try to open other videos in AVI format ( like movies) I can see perfectly.

Please, could you help me?

Thanks.

If you meet these specifications, you will not have problems to play a pendrive on any TV, except for an HD Ready, which is 720, and not 1080.

MP4

Codec H264

Max resolution 1920x1080

Max. fps 30 although in 1280x720 it can reach 60 it is preferable to stay at 30.

Max. Mbps 25 on a Led reaches 30.

Maximum level 4.1.

Audio AC3-MP3-AAC

MPEG

Codec MPEG2

Max resolution 1920x1080

Max. fps 30 although in a lower field of 1280x720 it can reach 60, it is preferable to stay at 30.

Max. Mbps 30

Maximum level 4.1.

Is the USB drive formatted Fat32 or NTFS?
