Can I connect GoPro Plus Cloud to Premiere Pro?

Hi Guys.

I recently bought a GoPro Hero 8 and subscribed to GoPro Plus. Among other for the Cloud feature which is amazingly helpful so far. Now, I am back from my trip and would like to edit the footage. However, it feels somehow wrong that I need to download the footage from the cloud and then import it into Adobe Premiere Pro. It feels like there has to be a much better workflow.

I am looking for any tip, suggestion or anything else that could help me. All in all I aim for a smooth workflow.

Btw. I have sent a mail to GoPro but did not received a response yet. So, I decided to try my luck here. I can imagine I am not the only GoPro / Cloud user here 🙂

You need the files locally on your computer to edit them.

I see. Thanks for your response! So, I need to figure out a way to connect my computer to the GoPro Cloud.

UPDATE:

Not the best but a huge improvement: The Quik App allows you to connect to the Cloud and from there select clips and then download these to a defined directory.
