Can I edit multicamera sequence live through Premiere Pro?

You can't do it live during recording, but you can do it live in your timeline.

1. Click the Settings wrench in the Program Monitor and switch to Multi-Camera.
2. Press play on your timeline.
3. As your timeline plays, either click the angle you want to switch to in the Program Monitor or use the shortcut keys 1-9.

After you stop playback, all your edits will be added to the timeline.

However, what you're describing doesn't sound like it needs to be done live - it sounds like it could be automated. If there's no bleed in the microphones, you can use silence detection to do the edits for you.
