I know how to generate the pauses [...] in Premiere, but I would like to export them with the transcript in a text file.

Wow. Good question. Unfortunately, my test suggests the answer is a simple "you can't."

In both the current release version (22.0.0) and the Beta I have installed (22.2.0 Build 1), after selecting the "show pauses as", both the text file and the csv file exports export WITHOUT the pauses/ellipses.

This would be a feature request.

Recently, the text file export was changed, in response to many requests, to include timecode and speakers. This, however, resulted in a negative reaction from users who did not want this.

My guess is that this would be similar. Most desireable would be an option to include the pauses in the text file, just as the best compromise on the timecode in text file would also be an option.

For example, in the transcript and captions tabs, for export txt file and csv file, export plain text and check a box to also include timecode, speaker, and/or pauses.
