Can I move my presets onto another SSD?

I have a 500GB SSD for my OS. I have so many presets I've installed that I'm almost running out storage in my documents folder where they are originally installed to. Same thing with plugins. can I move all my plugins and presets for After Effects, Premiere etc onto another SSD that's installed in my PC?

Short answer, no.

Additionally, I'm very hard pressed to believe presets and plug-ins could possibly take up over 400 GB of storage.

Your edit system should have only the OS and the software you need to do this job.  Don't install games, office, email or other unnecessary software on an edit system.  Use a second machine for those tasks.

Use additional internal drives for Projects, Media, Cache and Exports.  (Yes, you should have at least five internal drives.)

Get a larger SSD for the OS.

I have 300GB of plugins and another 20GB of presets. Not sure why I can't have microsoft office etc on my computer. How in the heck would I use dropbox to backup my video files or download presets since I need an internet browser installed. I use most of the plugins for other programs like Pro tools, Audition etc

That's...incredible.  Those files are typically pretty small.  I imagine it would be thousands of each to take up that much room.

You really have that many?

I've never seen a browser cause issues.  I have seen office software interfere with Adobe software.
