Or should I conform the clip to 59.94.  Will the clip look strange if I do this?

a fast way to check might be that you put your clips on a timeline, and export it the way your client is going to watch it. web, mp4, intermediate, original source and xml, etc.... use in out points ( that bar on top of timeline whatever it's called ) and export a few seconds.. and look at it .. then you'll have your answer.

usually 'interpret footage' when you add disparate clips will do the trick for you. whether stuff looks strange is too abstract and undefined ( subjective adjective ? ) to answer.

why are you editing in a 59.94 timeline?  Is this your distribution format?  As far as I know most web and cinema based platforms use 29.97 (30p), 25 fps, 24 fps or 23.976 (24p).

It's a 60p(59.94) project.  I have a few aerials shot at 4096x2160, but the frame rate is 23.97.

So, I was wondering if I could use them in the project.  I'm just not sure how they will look once the entire project is exported and then viewed on a 4k tv.  Basically, will the client be able to tell they were shot at a different frame rate 😉
