Can I se more than the limits with videos 1080x1920? HELP

Hi!
I have a question:
Is there any way or way to see beyond the limit of the video which I am editing? 
Let's say my sequence is set to 1080x1920, but I recorded the video at 1920x1080, so when editing the video in 1080x1920, I want to see what won't appear in the video, such as the image, is it possible? at least in transparent and with a lot of opacity?

Not unless you change the sequence to 1920 x 1080.

Or you can use the Motion Properties in the Effects Control Panel to move other parts into view, but you won't see the complete image.
