Can not find Out-Save files! A wee bit desperate...

I'm on a Mac and can't seem to locate any auto save files for my project. The 'Project auto-save in Project Settings is listed as "same as project" but I don't see anything there that looks like what I'm after. Really would love to recover this project if possible!
