Was wondering if you can use premiere to build a virtual walkthrough at my company where you click markers on the ground to move and have informational hotspots to click on to learn about diferent things in our building.

Short answer: no. You cannot create interactive videos in PPro.

However, PPro can be an essential tool in creating an interactive video experience. Since I'm a video guy, I have no idea which software you would use to build the interactive environment used to trigger the various events (guess it would be web-based), but you can effectively use PPro to create individual (segments of) videos for said environment.

Hope this helps.
