Can Premiere Pro be used as a digital audio recording device?

Hi there, I need to play music directly from my computer audio source to skype and zoom calls. Can I do this with Premiere Pro?

You need a mixer with a USB interface, or if you are on a mac you might be able to use something like LoopBack https://rogueamoeba.com/loopback/
