Can't drag clips from source window to timeline window

I find it impossible to drag clips from source window to timeline window in my premier pro.i have attached an screenshot of the premier pro. please somebody help me to

resolve this issue. thank you

You need to make a sequence first before you can add clips.

Do this to make a sequence that matches your footage;
