Can't Find Project in Premier Pro Once Exported

Hello,

I am new to Premier Pro, but I was able to create a project and export it.  After I exported the project, I closed the program.  When I went back in to make some adjustments to the project, I can't find it anywhere.  Is there a folder or another area in Premier Pro where exported projects go?

Thank you for any assistance on this!

Check out the help files on transcriptions. There's an option to automatically transcribe on importing files, you can do it manually in the Project panel, there's a number of ways to go about it.

You don't export projects ... you export a video file, from a sequence. That's a new video file, and is put wherever on the computer the Export dialog listed in the top settings.

The project file is still of course where it was.

So do you mean when you open Premiere it couldn't find the project file? Or were you looking for the video file you exported from it?

Thank you very much for the explanation.  I think I figured it out.  Appreciate it.  On a side note, if  you don't mind answering.  How would add captioning to the bottom of the video project?   Thanks again!
