Can't move anything on or into sequence

Hello,

 

I'm trying to move items in my timeline but it's like everything's locked and nothing moves. I've even tried to create a new sequence in a new project but can't even drag items from the import tab into the sequence to start it.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

 

I've attached a screenshot of my set up in case it helps.

Most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor. Then drag/insert into timeline.

Thank you, I've tried that already and it means I can put the clip in the sequence, but I'm still not able to move anything. Thanks though!
