Can´t run mogrt files in premiere

Hello, I´ve seen this problem before but I dont know how to fix it.

I have the current version of Adobe Creative Cloud, all apps are updated to current versions.

I purchased some MOGRT's from Envato that are meant to be for Premier however when I try to use any of them I get the old template import error "to use this motion graphics template in Premier Pro, please install After Effects 2021.0 (trial or licence) and retry."

I have seen them working in Premier in the instructional video supplied with the MOGRT files but everything I've tried listed on this forum does not work.

Also, I tried to open AE and then run the animated lower third, and stull doenst work.

Does anyone know a solution?

Si estas seguro de tener la ultima version de premiere, entonces debes descomprimir los archivos (vienen comprimidos generalmente) y cambiarlos de ubicacion y despues abrirlos y te funcionara

Prueba con eso

There are things that could have been done in creating them to 'finish' them for full deployment without needing Ae. That seems to be missing for many of the vendors of mogrts.

While you can (with a little knowledge and practice) go complete them in Ae yourself, as you paid for them ... Envato should correct things.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...
