CAN'T SEE EXPORT WINDOW

I recently lost the export window when I try to export. It seems like it's hidden, but when I hit export it dings like maybe it's there. I can't get it to reappear?

I fixed it by resetting preferences using the ALT key when the premiere pro splash screen came up.
