Can`t update Premire Pro to 24.3

On my Creative Clud say the Premiere Pro version is 24.3 but inside the program it says 24.1.
It says it`s updated but it is still on 24.1, maybe because of this I cant use Speech to text anymore, could you help me please?

I`m a Windows user, already reinstaled everything, also tryed to use an older version, but didn`t work.
