Can't use audio transitions

Hello, I have a long time problem. I'm unable to add any audio transition to my audion clips.
I tried everything I find. Reinstal Premiere, turn on-off tracks....any sugestions? Thanks for help.

1.  Can you select the audio clip and go to Sequence - Apply Default Transitions to Selection?
2.  Clip right click the keyframe icon on the Sequence, is Clip Keyframes selected?
