Can't use default polish chars with Alt key

Is any solution to enable default action for ex. Right Alt + A, R Alt + O, etc, like default action on Windows?

Now I must to combine with ~ and char, for example Shift -> ~ -> A = ą.
I haven't binded any action in Keyboard Shortcuts window.
