Hello,

need help/advice

New to premier pro

when i made the below clip i used a Advent calendar door tempalte from Adboe stock and added in prodcuts below in jpeg for mwith transitons - however i can't see the video in real time when i am playing it in premier pro - it keeps freezing and not playing (but not giving an error)

link to the tempalte - Advent Calendar Reveal Title Stock Template | Adobe Stock

any idea how to fix so i can edit in real time again as i'm editing blind at the minute

I also need to speed up the export process as it is taking hours to do a 2 minute video

any help welcome please and i'm happy to learn - for info my laptop is below

HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 17-cd1014na

If you want to see this in real time you need to render the timeline first.

Red, yellow, and green render bars and what they mean « Premiere Pro work area
