The Essential Graphics panel, which used to be very helpful, is now missing.
It was great for quickly cropping with rounded corners, combining text and images in one place, and adding backgrounds behind logos or PNGs — all without creating an extra layer on the timeline.
Right now, I have to type some text just to make the familiar tool appear again.
Can you please bring back the original Essential Graphics workflow? It made editing much faster and easier.
The current thing is to create a screen element, then use the Properties panel to further modify. I highly doubt its going 'back', as this is the way this sort of thing is done across all the CC apps. It's a major UI design standardization thing for Adobe apps.
You still have the same functionalities now in the Properties Panel,
and you can still quickly add layers by clicking on the layer icon.
For rounded rectangles the property is now next to W and H in the same row.
