Cannot Copy and Paste Lumetri effect from Premiere Pro to After Effects

Hello!
I stumbled upon a bug. I cannot perform copy and paste function with Lumetri effect from Premiere Pro to After Effects and vice versa.
I uninstalled everything from Adobe, including hidden settings and cookies, performed clean installation and it still doesn't work. Doing "replace with After Effects composition" - it works only with Warp Stabilizer, but ignores Lumetri effect. Doing Edit > Copy in Premiere Pro, then choosing After Effects and Edit > Paste also doesn't work.

I'm really frustrated with Adobe. I pay a lot of money and basic functions just don't work.

It's not a bug: you simply cannot copy/paste effects between two different apps.

If you want to use Lumetri from Premier in After Effect you will have to use Replace with Ae composition as in Dynamic Link.

As I have already written, I already tried it and it didn't work.
Lumetri effect doesnt transfer, but other effects like Warp Stabilizer does transfer.

I had no problem with it before, but after certain update it stopped working.

I'm not understanding the need for copy/paste between the apps, so if you could explain more of what ... and why ... you need this, that would help to understand.

I have setup complex color grading in Premiere Pro. I need to make additional animation with effects in AE with those clips.

Just tried it and it works through DL

Premiere and After Effects need to be of the same version.
