The same problem happened with me. The files from my Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra are not importing. Whenever I import it, it shows the error below. I cleared my media cache and tried changing file extension, but it still doesn't seem to work. Would appriciate if someone helped

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
