Cannot slow down my 120 footage

I try to slow down my 120 footage and it just won't work. My sequence settings are at 24FPS. I want to drag in my footage, and then slow it down. I saw a way I can interpret my footage, but my workflow works around the fact that I can just slow down my footage in the timeline. No clue why this is happening, I use premiere at my work computer, works fine. Just downloaded for my PC, now having this problem!

Hey Cole,

Sorry for the issue. You should be able to slow down the footage without interpreting its frame rate. Please let us know what the source of your media is. Also, please share your workflow for controlling clip speed. Are you using the Clip Speed / Duration window (Ctrl + R)?

I am shooting sony SLOG3 4k footage. Like I said though, it normally works, which is super weird. And yes I am changing the clip speed to 20%, I also expanded the timeline and keyframed speed, same thing, I re-installed premiere, same thing. I created a new timeline, same thing. I did not "change sequence to footage settings". I really don't know what else to do here. Maybe its just a bug.

By that yes I right click, go to change speed, change to 20%

I came into my work computer, everythnig works fine, might just reinstall again, if that doesn't work I have no clue
