Cannot use tutorials

Cannot use tutorials in the app. I have access to the internet, I am writing on my computer right now. The tutorials don't load in the list under help tab and the one that pops up when you first open the the app does not work either! The thread about this was written in 2023, it says this:

 Navigate to the /Users/Shared/Adobe/Premiere Pro 2023/Learn Panel/payloads/en_US folder

When I copy paste the above nothing comes up in files on my mac

When I tried to put the same file but changed it to say PremierPro2025 it did not work when looking for files on my mac.

Its been a known problem since 2023 and Adobe has done nothing to ensure that the tutorials work for the app and merely tell people to use YEARS old threads
