Cant see my Encoding settings

Howdy yall hoping someone can help

 

I am using premiere 2023, I want to swap from hardware encoding to software encoding, however when I click Export, scroll to the video tab, click on more I have no encoding setting tab that I can see. Not sure why I am having this issue? Can anyone help me? TIA

Think I figured it out, I can see the export settings now, I guess i didnt have that option when i selected 2k output. Strange
