Existe un software en todo el suite Adobe CC que haga lo que hace el software Camstacia (graba el audio y video de la pantalla).

¿Con Premiere puedo grabar desde una WebCam?

Capturing and digitizing is something totally different from screen recording: the feature is designed for tape camera's.

You cannot use a webcam in Premiere Pro

Its either Adobe Captiva or a free program: CamStudio
