Hello @JoseMarcoRey2125,

It sounds frustrating to deal with a damaged CCLibrary in Adobe Premiere Pro! Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and fix this issue:

  1. Restart and Update:
     ◦ First, try restarting your computer. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve the issue.
     ◦ Ensure your operating system and Adobe Creative Cloud are up to date. Updates often include fixes for common problems.
  2. Reinstall CCLibrary:
     ◦ Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
     ◦ Use the keyboard shortcut Command+Option+R (macOS) or Ctrl+Alt+R (Windows) to refresh the app.
     ◦ If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the Creative Cloud Libraries panel. This Adobe HelpX article provides detailed steps.
  3. Grant Permissions:
     ◦ On macOS, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access and ensure the Creative Cloud app has the necessary permissions.
  4. Check for Background Processes:
     ◦ Sometimes, background processes can interfere with the CCLibrary. Check for any Adobe-related processes in your Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (macOS) and end them.

Many users have faced similar issues, especially after updating to macOS Ventura. I hope someone with experience on this issue will provide more potential solutions.

I hope these steps help you get your CCLibrary back up and running! If you need further assistance, feel free to ask. 😊

Thanks,

Kevin
