Change directory of folder extension Adobe Premiere

I was wonder if there's a way to change the directory of folder extensions in Adobe Premiere?

My C drive is relatively small (around 80 GB) with the minimum application installed. I purchased some extension from Envato, and it was instructed to install in <C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\>

After installing one extension, my C drive is left with under 10GB of space. The rest of the extension needs around 30+GB. So I was wondering if I could change the directory of folder extension to an external drive.

Thank You

A side point, which may already be obvious though will make it - a 80GB C drie is very small by today's standards. The specs for Premiere Pro specify at least 8GB of hard-disk space for installation. Windows can be around 20GB or more.

Here's a page with reccomnded hard drive size and strucure for Windows.
