Change the preview icon after exported movie in premier

hi everyone. Can someone tell me how to change the icon image that is exported from a video in premier. I have tried to do the command 'I' and drag the image  I want to top left but when i upload the mp4 to one drive, the preview is always the same random image of a clip half way though the moview. Can someone tell me how to set that image please.
