There is this kind of audio that you are hearing in this same pitch and then later changes to another pitch like in a gradual manner. There is a YouTube video I know that should give you an idea what I was talking about.

MMD Splatventures Shorts - Run - YouTube At 0:14, the audio starts to change to a low pitch, and that is what I am talking about.

Do you guys know how to do this in Premiere Pro?

    Hi DavidL!

You can slow audio down in the middle of the track in Premiere. In the "Effects" panel, under "Audio Effects", there is an effect called "Pitch Shifter." Drag this effect to your audio clip.

    > After the effect is applied to your clip, go to the "Effects Control" panel.

    > Click the drop-down menu for "Pitch Shifter" > "Individual Parameters" > "Transpose Ratio".

    > Go to the point in the timeline where you want your audio to start to slow down and add a keyframe by clicking the stopwatch icon next to "Transpose Ratio"

    > Move forward in your timeline a few frames, then move the slider under "Transpose Ratio" to the left. This will create another keyframe. How far you move it to the left will dictate how distorted your audio becomes.

You can adjust the levels on these keyframes to play with your audio distortion.

Let me know if this works!
